Errata & Right of Reply
A referee earns trust not by never being questioned, but by having a standing, public answer to "what happens when you're wrong?" This page is that answer.
Corrections record
Every published TrueVectors audit is certificate-backed: the finding ships with the public artifact, the claim under test, and a standalone repro bundle that re-runs the exact check — re-runnable by anyone, with no TrueVectors software. If a published finding is shown to be wrong, the correction is recorded here permanently: what we published, what was wrong, what the corrected finding is, and what changed in the method so it does not recur. Corrected findings are never silently edited or deleted.
Corrections to date: none. This page has been live since July 2026 and is deliberately published while empty.
Right of reply
Anyone whose work we audit can respond, and the response is published alongside the finding — unedited, with equal prominence.
- Who may reply: the authors or maintainers of any audited artifact, or the team behind any audited agent, benchmark, or leaderboard entry.
- How: email [email protected] with the audit in question and your response. If you believe a finding is factually wrong, include the evidence — ideally a re-run of the published check.
- What happens: the reply is linked from the audit within a reasonable time of receipt. If the reply demonstrates an error, the finding moves to the corrections record above and the audit page is annotated — the original remains visible, struck through, with the correction beside it.
Why this page exists
The public audit record only has value if it is falsifiable. Every finding we publish invites refutation by construction — that is what "re-run it yourself" means. A corrections policy with zero corrections is one of the strongest trust signals a verification project can carry, and we intend to keep earning the zero the hard way: by publishing only what the checks proved.
